The quote form requires your name, company name, email, phone number, legal structure and estimated annual turnover, along with your preferred contact method and any optional information you provide. The short form includes your name and selected contact details. The intended purpose is to answer questions, assess the scope of your business and prepare quotes. Do not provide personal identity numbers, sensitive data or financial documents.
When you submit a form, your details are transferred over an encrypted connection to one.com and sent to info@nordbalansredovisning.se. The website code does not save form content in browser storage or a database. The enquiry is then held in the email system. Fortnox is responsible for its external login service.
Personal data must not be kept longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. When no longer needed, it should be deleted or anonymised unless another applicable obligation requires retention. For contact and quote enquiries, the firm still needs to define a retention period or assessment criteria and a deletion routine. The legal basis must also be documented for each processing activity. These details have not yet been confirmed; referring to EU law does not replace this assessment.
Internal access is limited to authorised employees who need the information for their work. one.com provides form reception and email, and Sites hosts the website. Provider roles, technical logs, processing agreements and any transfers outside the EU/EEA need to be checked before the policy is finalised.
The website code uses no analytics, marketing tracking, cookies or local storage, and the firm does not plan to add such tracking. Any technical cookies and logs used by the hosting platform still need to be assessed. If non-essential cookies are introduced later, consent management with equally clear accept and reject options must be provided.

The form endpoint validates input and limits requests. A hash based on the IP address, timestamps and counters is kept in temporary files. Files older than one hour are deleted on the next request. Form contents are not saved in these files. The web host handles its own logs separately.
